The Society of St. Vincent de Paul needed a more user-friendly tool to allow their users to sign up for the annual Friends of the Poor Walk. Through discovery sessions, I found that users were older, less tech-savvy individuals and couldn't navigate the original site because of its complexity. There were three main users coming to the site: walkers, coordinators, and donors. I decided to avoid menus and hidden content and put everything on the home page for them to easily find. The re-design was a success as there was an increase in registered walkers and online donations from previous years.

The mobile presentation of the re-design was highly considered so that users could update donations or manage their profile pages the day of the walk.

Axure wireframes helped to easily lay-out a lot of the forms and utility pages on the site.
